Druski joined the celebrity hair transition conversation on July 20 when he posted a reveal of his fresh fade and trimmed beard, officially putting his longtime blonde look on ice.
The comedian born Andrew Desbordes had been rocking that blonde for years across his viral skits, social media presence, and his run as the youngest host in BET Awards history, so the change caught people off guard.

Internet commenters came in from every angle: some praised the clean look as a serious glow-up, others told him the beard needed to stay longer, and at least one person in the replies called him “a bisexual bullmastiff or zesty source of protein.”
It’s Druski, so the chaos was kind of expected.
He’s walking into 2026’s growing list of major celebrity hair moments. Will Smith showed up to the E1 Series Grand Prix in Monaco on July 18 completely bald, posting on Instagram that he shaved his head for his next film role and joking about catching some sun on it.
Smith looked almost unrecognizable and seemed unbothered by every bit of the attention.
Jay-Z made his own statement at the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia on May 30, walking onto the Belmont Plateau stage with his freeform locs fully combed out into a voluminous afro after wearing them for over eight years.
Beyoncé put the full transformation on display through her Cécred haircare brand in a short film she narrated herself, covering Hov’s hair evolution from his early close crop to nearly a decade of locs.
She said Hov originally grew them out so Blue Ivy could see her own natural texture reflected back in her father’s hair, and that the afro was his tribute to his late father, who used to wear the same look. Beyoncé admitted she wasn’t even sure he’d be able to comb them out given how thick his wicks had gotten.
Druski, meanwhile, got clowned almost immediately after his reveal hit the timeline, with the jokes arriving before the post had even finished making the rounds.
His next project, the comedy film Joe, positions him as a comedic lead in a prequel to the Michael Jackson biopic, dropping this fall.
