Nevaeh Akira gave birth to Blueface’s son on August 18, ending labor drama that found Chrisean Rock riding shotgun.
The couple introduced Johnathan Porter Jr. through livestreams after Nevaeh delivered an eight-pound boy, their first child together and the fourth for Blueface.
Blueface learned about the labor while driving Chrisean to the airport during a livestream, giving the birth announcement an unusually messy opening.
During their phone call, Nevaeh said her contractions were two minutes apart as she waited inside the hospital without the child’s father.
“I’m in labor,” Nevaeh told him. “I’m by myself.”
“My baby mama in labor right now,” Blueface said. “I’m canceling all of my plans for tonight. I was supposed to go with Dean and A.B., and I was supposed to go to the studio with The Game in Los Angeles…. It looks like I will be spending my time in the hospital.”
The Shade Room footage showed Blueface reaching the hospital before delivery, while BCK Online confirmed another stream beside Nevaeh after the birth.
“You look pretty. The whole chat’s proud of you. They’re all rooting for you,” Blueface told her before asking about the baby’s weight.
Nevaeh answered, “He’s 8 pounds, chat. I had me a big baby.”
Chrisean remains tied to Blueface’s life and Nevaeh’s pregnancy, making the airport ride much more than an awkward coincidence.
Blueface and Nevaeh went public late in 2025, then confirmed in February that she was carrying their first child.
Their bond looked shaky by July, when Blueface admitted he slept with Chrisean during Nevaeh’s pregnancy after seeing his ex again.
“I cheated. I know. Sorry,” he told Nevaeh during a livestream.
She rejected the apology’s logic: “There’s no reason to say sorry if you had intentions on doing it.”
Blueface replied, “I don’t have intentions on going to be with somebody else. My apology… take it with honor.”
Chrisean has long identified Blueface as toddler Chrisean Jesus’ father, while his changing paternity claims keep pulling the child into their public fight.
Days before labor, Nevaeh praised her cowboy-themed baby shower while noting that other events had weighed on the celebration.
“Besides everything that transpired, I’m so appreciative for @r_ann_b and her team for throwing me the first best best heartfelt baby shower ever,” she wrote. “To feel loved and honored in the most respectful way was the best feeling.”
Nevaeh came to the hospital as a mother of one, with an older son, Superior, from a past relationship.
