Jamaican woman extradited to US over alleged lottery-scamming scheme in Kentucky

A 29-year-old Jamaican woman has been extradited to the United States to answer allegations that she was part of a lottery-scamming scheme that bilked elderly residents of a county in Kentucky out of US$80,000. Jenel Rowe was returned to the United States on Thursday, August 20, by US Marshals and taken into custody in Tennessee. She must go through the extradition process before being returned to Kentucky. She, along with five others, has been accused of participating in a lottery scam.
