Second alleged attacker in Zimi Seh Beach brawl offered $500,000 bail

The second alleged attacker in the Zimi Seh Beach Party incident was offered $500,000 bail when he returned to the St Ann’s Bay Parish Court on Monday morning. Ramon Brown, 28, of St Andrew, was offered bail by Parish Judge Kemoy McEkron, who had deferred the bail application last Thursday pending receipt of the antecedent. The deejay and vendor is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, unlawful wounding and inflicting grievous bodily harm, in connection with the August 9 incident in which two brothers, aged 15 and 17, were reportedly beaten.
