To find out, Caribbean Journal Invest analyzed 38 individual luxury listings and reported sales across 10 Caribbean markets, calculating price per square foot for each property where both price and interior square footage were publicly disclosed. The result is the most comprehensive market-by-market PSF comparison of Caribbean luxury real estate — and it tells a more nuanced story than any single trophy listing can.
