$10.5 Million Waterfront Estate Sold in Exuma, as Island Market Keeps Heating Up

A major waterfront estate on Staniel Cay in the Exuma Cays has changed hands, closing one of the more notable luxury residential transactions in The Bahamas this year.

Narikela Estate, a 12.5-acre property occupying the southern peninsula of Staniel Cay, was marketed at $10.5 million. The final sale price was not disclosed.
