WESTERN BUREAU: Amid the complaints of residents, Opposition Leader Mark Golding has given the Government a failing grade for its response to the impact of Hurricane Melissa in Hanover. “I think the Government’s response to this disaster called Melissa is shockingly bad. It is really atrocious,” said Golding, while addressing a recent town hall meeting at the Hopewell Sports Complex in Hanover.
