Agriculture crime crackdown yields more than 1,000 arrests

The Agriculture Protection Branch (APB) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) says it is making significant strides in tackling agricultural crimes, including the theft of livestock and farm produce across the island. Established just over a year ago, the branch has expanded its operations and now runs its Area Five office from the Fellowship Hall Police Station in Hill Run, St Catherine.
