Hyatt Is Making a Major Guyana Push With a $50 Million Regency Redevelopment and a New Georgetown Hotel

Hyatt Hotels is entering Guyana, with an existing Georgetown hotel joining the Hyatt portfolio now and a much larger Hyatt Regency project planned for 2028.

The company and RJR Investments & Holdings Inc. announced that the Atlantic Suites Hotel has become an affiliated Hyatt hotel, giving Hyatt its first affiliated property in Guyana.
