Turks and Caicos’ Kempinski Grace Bay Hits Vertical Construction

Kempinski Grace Bay has raised its tower crane and begun vertical construction on the 11-acre beachfront resort and residential development in Providenciales, according to a new project update from developer JTRE.

Construction crews are now forming second-floor sections across several buildings at the Grace Bay site. The latest update also provides the first detailed look at the project’s residential inventory, with homes ranging from 568-square-foot studios to 3,200-square-foot 3-bedroom residences.
