50 Cent is laughing at Keefe D’s freedom odds while the accused Tupac Shakur murder organizer prepares for trial.
The G-Unit mogul reposted AllHipHop’s coverage of Keefe D clearing Diddy, turning the serious legal stakes into gambling material.
“Yo you think Poly market a let me bet this fool gonna get 20 years?” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram. 50 Cent also previously mocked Keefe D for entering the courtroom with a public defender.
His wager request arrived days before jury selection begins in one of Hip-Hop’s most anticipated murder trials.
The latest joke targets Keefe D’s sudden claim that Diddy had nothing to do with Tupac’s 1996 killing.
Reporter Vanessa Murphy directly asked Keefe D whether Diddy played any part in the murder during an 8 News Now jailhouse interview.
“No, ma’am. I don’t think so at all,” Keefe D replied, despite years of telling a far different story.
AllHipHop previously reported that Keefe D once accused Diddy of offering $1 million to kill Tupac and Suge Knight.
Keefe D claimed Eric “Von Zip” Martin collected the alleged payment and kept the entire bounty for himself.
“What’s up with the cash?” Keefe D recalled asking Martin. “[Diddy] ain’t give it to me yet. We need money, m###########. They took our guns, all that s###. We need some money. They must got millions.”
Keefe D later publicly appealed to Diddy for financial help during a 2022 interview with The Art of Dialogue.
“Brother Love, come show some love,” Keefe D said. “That’s all I can f###### say. Show some love, Brother Love. S###, I be seeing you doing your little Diddy dance and all that, man, show some love, homie.”
He kept pressing Diddy, suggesting that their relationship had destroyed the comfortable life he once enjoyed.
“Come on, man, don’t be like that, Brother Love,” Keefe D said. “I was on top of the world before I met your m############ ass, dude. S### is wrong. Come on, homie. I need some. Throw a dog a bone or something.”
That tangled history gives 50 Cent plenty of material because he has spent years publicly ridiculing Diddy and questioning Keefe D’s credibility.
Prosecutors accuse Keefe D of supplying the murder weapon and directing retaliation after Tupac attacked Orlando Anderson inside the MGM Grand.
Keefe D pleaded not guilty, while his lawyers argue his damaging interviews and memoir contained stories created for entertainment and money.
Jury selection begins Monday, August 10, with Keefe D facing life without parole if convicted rather than the 20 years predicted by 50 Cent.
