Uncle Murda finally got his chance to respond and he did not waste a single second. The Brooklyn rapper unleashed a fiery tirade aimed at Memphis Bleek during a recent appearance on Gillie Da Kid and Wallo267’s “Million Dollaz Worth of Game,” leaving even Tony Yayo looking like he was wondering where all the smoke came from.

If you’ve been following this saga, you already know the bigger battle seems to be another chapter in the never ending 50 Cent versus Jay Z cold war. The generals rarely trade direct shots these days, but their loyalists continue doing plenty of the talking. A few weeks back, Bleek tossed some slick comments toward both Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda. Apparently, those words landed a lot harder than people realized.

Nobody involved here is a rookie. These are veterans with decades in the game. Bleek is pushing 50, Uncle Murda is in the same neighborhood, and everyone in this conversation has built a respected legacy. That’s probably why some fans are finding the spectacle more amusing than entertaining.
Maybe the podcasts need to pump the brakes a little. Controversy brings clicks, but endless shouting matches can start feeling like background noise. Right now, it seems like everybody wants a viral moment. The problem is, those moments don’t always age as well as great music.
One thing is certain. Memphis Bleek doesn’t appear rattled, Uncle Murda got plenty off his chest, and somehow the long shadow of 50 Cent versus Jay Z keeps finding new players willing to keep the rivalry alive.
